What are saurage collectives core value. Collective’s core values uh hey look we’re relationships we’re all about relationships so so honesty Integrity accountability dependability commitment like all of those things are absolutely going to ring true uh in our house but everything that we do is based on relationships so we have relationships that you need and those relationships don’t exist if we break our word so you’re an organization and and and you need someone to represent you um and and that is what we’re going to do but but we’re going to make sure that we are like-minded as well we want the providers that we represent um to have some of the same values that we have uh you know and and I do not want to bring an organization uh to network uh that is not going to to share that that commitment of Integrity um I mean you know as cliche as that may sound to some it’s important to me I’ve been bringing people to network you know for for years and and I stand behind those that I’ve put in network I really I really do and so uh it’s relationships I’d say it all comes down to relationships we have relationships that are important we have relationships with insurance companies and doctors and clinicians and presidents and CEOs and uh and Equity groups and Venture capitalists and we have relationships that matter we have relationships with individual therapists individual psychiatrists we have relationships coast to coast and all of those depend on Integrity all of those depend on saying what you mean meaning what you say and following through it’s uh it’s it’s the it’s the good old-fashioned salesmanship uh that that existed long before I came on this world and and will exist long after I’m gone but a Sarge Collective you can take what we say to the bank if we tell you something is going to happen it’s going to happen we will not over promise we will not under deliver we will shoot straight with you and we will come through give me a call and let me prove that to you
