What Does Going In Network Mean

What does going in network mean? Network mean going in network is uh the Contracting process of an organization or an individual um providers health care providers that are going to join the panel of the insurance company so the insurance company has uh health care providers that they trust and that they have added to their Network and so basically what that does for that organization is it then allows more people to access those uh benefits to to access those services and so you know we all have we all have health insurance or or we all try to have health insurance as individuals and and so you can get your insurance through an employer group that you work for you can get it from the The Exchange program you get it from government you can purchase yourself an individual policy and often there are limitations in that policy right so the limitations can exist in whether or not you can go wherever you want to go to receive health care or if you go with a contracted provider and so going in network is is an individual or group of providers that joins a panel that joins the network of the insurance company and now becomes accessible for many more patients that are out there a very high percentage of consumers different Studies have shown still contact their insurance com policy first to find out what is the best way to go about accessing services and often that is a financial decision and so if you are in network then you become a little bit more financially feasible for more consumers and so so that’s essentially going in network it’s a Contracting process you know it’s it’s proposing to the insurance company the idea of you joining that Network and and the insurance company making a decision on whether or not they want you and uh and so at that point point you know the the the the marriage is made the the agreement is done the contract is complete and and now that provider has access to to patients and patients have access to that provider so that’s essentially what it is um there are so many different facets to to the Contracting part of the process and and going in Network and and whether or not you should stay out of network and and you know how much business can you potentially you know make yourself available to at that point give me a call and let’s sit down and let’s talk about exactly what that looks like um essentially what I’ve provided is is is the the global landscape of what that looks like but there are some other details some other things to consider so give me a call and and call one of our Specialists and and let’s set up a meeting and so we can answer any of those detailed questions you may have
