What Is It Like To Work With Insurance Companies. what’s it like to work with insurance companies I look I have to tell you that I feel blessed uh every day in what I do um I have met some of the most amazing people of insurance companies uh and and doctors and clinicians and and admin folks and Executives and and they have all been in this for the right reason now I know there’s a stigma that exists um that that insurance companies just pinch pennies and and they only care about the bottom line but if you look at health care if you look at the people involved in healthcare it’s what it is the consumer the patient and what do they want to know they want to know what’s this going to cost insurance companies do ask that question what is this going to cost and then the providers the providers they want healthy patients they want to be able to provide a service that returns a healthy patient and they want to know what are they going to get paid right so so money plays a big role and it just has to and so but I’m here to tell you that you know that I have spent you know dang near 20 years working in healthcare and working in Managed Care working with health insurance companies and sure there are Knuckleheads that exist there are people that are in it for the wrong reasons uh that exists in the provider world as well um you know and so the bottom line is is that there are collective goals and those Collective goals are a healthier patient with Fair compensation all right and the provider feels that they know what Fair compensation is and the insurance companies feel that they know what Fair compensation is and so Sarge Collective gets in there in the middle of that and and it helps decide you know what Fair compensation looks like um and if the services are provided and they’re provided in a in a in a in a very effective way and they come in and they represent themselves as as you know as as groups of individuals that are targeting the right things and that it’s not only based on money then that’s what they’re going to get from the insurance companies as well so I love what I do um and some of my closest friends are are high level Executives and insurance companies and uh so a lot of times I get to find out what is behind the scenes and and what’s going on in health care before other people do or before it hits the papers and um sometimes it’s just projection uh sometimes it’s uh it’s just an idea but anytime any opportunity I get to weigh in on something before it becomes a reality you know that’s a blessing uh and so there there will always exist stigma where there is money there always will um but I can assure you 100 that here at Sarge Collective we’ve met the best of the best um and the insurance companies uh they want what is best for their members and a provider wants what is best for their patients and when that is the goal everything else is gravy so give us a call and let me tell you a little bit more about it
